Sorry guy’s there not a lot going on down here so not a lot to update you with.But Shane Jeffery 4d has just about finished his car so will get some photos of it up soon,as well i been told kerry campbell got stuck in his car over the weekend as well but calving is here now so it take a bit longer to do now..

The grade meeting at milton went well with the planned stockcar events pencilled into the Beachlands calander, a couple of sponsors fronted,one being the Double Trouble boys putting up prizes for a best pairs night and another being us here at Southern Shock also sponsoring a race night, I wont say how many guys turned up or how many cars beachlands will have (ha bloody ha you should have been there) but its looking pretty good for them..ANYHU!!! on the 18th of this month there’s another meeting if anyone wants to talk about teams racing…ie.do you want to teams race for dunedin??? its going to be a Bisons place in tokoiti(milton) contact him on 021721949..it’ll be a bbq lunch im told……thanks for checking in…now go get back in your shed and get working on your cars…only 12 weeks to go

Well its true (rick stevens) Bison has picked up the greymouth rat rod and spent the weekend at blaine getting all the main work done
and its now back at home in milton..so i hope to pop up to milton in the weekend and take some photos of it,

Islandpark had their prizegiving last night,12/6/10…and a great night it was….the drinks were flowing,as was the bullshit and banter, and the trophy’s were running off the shelf faster than toiletpaper at a curry festival.
We hoped to post a few picks from the night but our photographer forgot to take his camera!! Useless pr!#k!!
Anyhu….for the stockcars the top three were as follows 1st-Shane Jeffery…. 2nd-Mark Taylor….3rd-Nathan Taylor….
apparently there were trophy’s and stuff for other grades but we dont know anything about that…um…yeah…oh and Kelly Cambell got the hard luck award!!! for being an ugly bastard!!!

Word has it, that another victim…we mean “stockcar driver” has just emerged! a brand newy to the grade!! from that town in south otago where the prison is! must be something in the water up there…what,with shane and bison in milton…and finchy in balclutha..now this new guy in milton too!! then we have the taylor lads in lawrence…most of the damn grade is in that region..food for thought!!….. last we heard is that he has purchased a car off trade me,from christchurch or there abouts, apparently he’s only ever done the odd derby…so we hope to hell he knows what he’s getting himself into!! anyways…congratulations on your purchase and we wish you all the best!

Well its about this time (friday 7.45am) when Lee O\’Keefe starting his drive up to wodford glen for the easter two day meeting.
We like to wish lee all the best for the weekend and no that he love the glen’s track.
I was ment to go up with him but as cromwell running a two night meet i need to be there.
I been talking with lee over the last 2-3 mth and he been telling me all about his racing days over in the uk ..here is just one of the car he STILL owns in the uk..

about the 2nd night racing at the glen..
4th in 1st race 12th in 2nd race and a dnf
was 9th go into last race but come 12th overall over both nights out 35 cars..
mark come 4th and nathen 15th..
well done you guys go to see you can foot it with some bigger number
hope to see you guys in island park this coming weekend..

2 x 8th and a last dnf due to broken rota after hard side smack was 7th on points going in to last races.
